Staff was friendly. The rooms, lobby, and breakfast area were clean. The coffee was good. There was a wide variety of breakfast.

Came up from Baton Rouge to spend New Year's Eve with family. Our experience wasn't bad, but I don't believe it was worth $136/night. Breakfast was pretty mid- not bad, but I've definitely had better at other hotels with better service and for better prices. Location doesn't mean much when there's not much to do. The festival of lights was really the only thing to look forward to.The staff there was nice and provided us extra towels and bedsheets upon request. My checkout process was also quicker than expected. Wifi wasn't the best, and the first day we got there the television wouldn't let us use streaming services. Overall, the stay was mid, I would consider visiting again if they lowered their prices.
