i have been a customer for many years, all the parts i have ordered have been high quality and the staff has been very helpful when i needed to troubleshoot my machine

I ordered a full set of brushes for my machine on November 21. About three weeks later I hadn’t received a package so I called and was told that the manufacturer of the brushes was a smaller company and they were out of stock but I was assured that they would be shipped out that day. After this I waited another month and still no package, I called again and I believe I spoke to Mike and he told me the same exact story was very apologetic and assured me they would be in the mail that day he even went over the recommended brush seating procedure using a water hose to set them. After this I waited till the end of January still no package. I called Mike again multiple times and didn’t answer so I called him from a phone number with a different area code and he answered immidiately this time his story was different. He said, the package was shipped on November 21 the day the order was placed and I cannot see if it was confirmed as delivered all I can see is that it was shipped. I was once again assured the brushes would be sent to me that day. It has since been over a month since our last contact and I have gave up trying to receive what I purchased and will never do business with Hybriweld/Fowler again.
