She is always able to find the type and material for hats and shirts we needed and will send out test patterns for hat embroidery emblems I want to see.
Once everything is agreed, it doesn't take long to get the products.
They keep the emblems in a computer so the next round, I just need to tell her what I want it sewed onto .
