Been getting my oil changed at Pennzoil for the last 20 yrs this is my first experience with the new ownership and it was terrible.Guy shows me a chart to choose what oil I want and I choose the one that showed 69.99.When it was Pennzoil my bill was 65.00 so I figured that the price was basically the same.After they finished my oil change he tells me my total due is 101.29.I complained that the chart showed 69.99 and the guy tells me the extra is for oil filter and other things.I refused to pay the 101.29 and he magically got the bill down to 78.00.I give him my card for payment and another guy comes out of the office and gives me my receipt and i tell him thank you and he walks away without replying and with a attitude on his face.To be fair the two guys that waited on me were very friendly but the guy that brought me my receipt was very rude.I promise I wont do business there again .
