Farm Bureau Insurance

I have done called this branch 6 different times. 6 different agents, yet have still get to an answer 3 days in a row! Whats really going on!

The entire time I've been with Farm Bureau, it's been a struggle to talk with anyone, especially my agent. The only time he returned my calls was when I told the operator I wanted to switch agents, which they never did. Can't even get in touch with them to cancel now, and it's not an option online. Would recommend another company or at least another office than the Monroe.

They keep sending me mail saying I have to pay this and that but they are not even my insurance company! Every time I try calling they end my call.

If you have homeowners insurance and have 1 claim theyre going to cancel you. This just happened to us and it wasnt our fault that we had to file a claim. I thought thats why we have homeowners, not to canceled because of one claim.

The receptionist rarely answers the phone. They're horrible at communicating. They're cheap and it shows, you get what you pay for. They're unprofessional and it feels like a way to get more money, by refusing to answer your clients, that are trying to ask the status of their account payment, you can shut down their account before they're able to fix it and charge them more fees. Because how can your client know if something went wrong with their payment if you just ignore them. It's a good scam. I recently called to ask about a charge on my account, made by farm bureau, and the person I was talking to basically said I was lying and that I wasn't charged, as I'm looking at my banking app with a charge from farm bureau. She couldn't help me or even direct me to someone who could. Do not do business with the monroe location.
