The pricing was just too much and the conversation on the phone was more for personal than professional. To response I understand what you are saying and I get that. But the phone conversation was very unprofessional I had to ask was this Johnson Advance Cleaning. Then when you arrived at my house it was with your family in the vehicle which was unprofessional as well. As a business owner it is important to do things right the first time with people. You never know who is watching you or who could refer or not refer your business to other people. Just do better. I understand about overhead cost. I truly do. Being customer professional friendly and personal friendly are two different things. Yes you are coming into someone's home. So why are you bringing a family and rushing through so that you can leave. The experience was a rush and I didn't like that. Since you are trying to be friendly.

Where do I start? I believe I got more for my money with Paul & his crew than I've gotten in a long time. Paul is a quiet, professional, and respectful young man who knows what his customers want and delivers more than 100% of what you will be expecting. His crew is also very professional and respectful, and they are ready to work when they arrive. I am happy with Paul and will be hiring him again as the need arises.

This company does it all! They remodeled our bathroom, powerwashed our house, painted the stucco and front doors, and cleaned and polished our brick kitchen floor. Everything looks fantastic! Paul Johnson and his crew were reliable and did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!
