The lady I spoke with was very very nice. I called at 11pm and she was very reassuring and helpful. I told her I’d be able to bond my fiancé out the next morning. I asked her what time I should call. She said to call her at 9am. I called the next morning but no answer. I called numerous times for an hour and a half and texted but got no response. I finally had to call another bondsman because I needed to get him out. I understand people have emergencies and things happen. I really do. I just thought that maybe someone could’ve texted or called when they had the chance to let me know they couldn’t do it. I will say again though that when I did speak to her the night before, she was very kind
