Ive never filed bankruptcy b4 but but this has been the worst experience on top off having to file nobody nobody knows whats going on no call backs, an my bank account was still frozen an they told me to make the calls an send them a paper they emailed me that didnt work email the law office back an no response I dont not recommend these ppl they smile in ur face until u sign that paper to pay them an its no looking back for them!!!!!!!

I meant this new lady in the front desk her name is Mary she out did herself making sure She found my very important documents!!! I want to let her know that she is very appreciative fir going out her way ! Only did send Real Angels and She shown that !!! Please make sure she get promoted !!! Her Customers Service Skills was outstanding thank you Ms.Mary Williams!

Done really good when I became a new customer but now I'm getting letters in the mail tried to call for a week and a half to talk to anybody.... everyone says I'll call you back and have not been in contact with anyone they take my information but I can already tell I'm low on the list even when I tell them I been trying for a week to get someone of the phone

The assistants and attorneys took 2+ months to actually try to do anything with my case, so I found another attorney and took my business elsewhere. If I could, I would rate them a 0/5, but unfortunately that's not an option.
