Everything, literally everything is awful about this company. They are a prime example of the actual worst customer-facing employees and public service operation. Here we go: The receptionist/manager of the front desk is the most disrespectful and tactless person. She has zero professionalism that is honestly shocking. I would compare her contemptuous behavior to that of the a debt collector or DMV employee. Actually, I find the DMV a more pleasant experience that interacting with her and the company in general. Here we are in 2023 and their archaic system has no online payment option. So, if you pay your bills through bill pay through your bank, you can bet that if you pay the bill remotely too close to the statement date, your bill will arrive late, especially if they haven't checked the mail. Yes, your late fee is dependant on when they check their mail. If you ask, request, or show any amount of concern about getting your water shut- off even if you have payment in hand, you will be chastised. I was put on a "no-call" list. When she told me this, I was absolutely shocked that a company, which provides life-sustaining services such as water, can operate with full disregard for informing individuals and families about disconnections before their water is shutoff because they deemed a customer too rude to call. All of these brutal operations are compounded in the month of July during heat advisories. They do not even pretend or attempt to show sensitivity and do so seemingly without any consequences. Their late fee is $75 dollars which is well above the actual bill. The employees who read the meters do so by having one guy drive the truck slowly down the road while the other employee goes to the meter and yells back the numbers to the guy in their truck with the window down. The space for error with meter reading like this is ridiculously large. With that type of system, if it weren't tied to needed services like water, would be comical. They are in need of dire professional development to improve their customer-facing employees' skillset and restructure their payment operations. But, I would sacrifice having online bill pay options for an actual empathetic human that answers their phones. Which, looking back, still would not help me since I am on their "no call" list as if I had yelled or threatened them. I do not appreciate being treated like vile person when dealing with water disconnection because of how comfortable their receptionist is with treating customers with disdain. A one star review is far too generous for such repugnant utility services.

They're just completely outdated, its 2022 and you have to get in your car and drive over there for pretty much anything. No website, no email system, no fax machine, I honestly don't believe that they have a computer. They do have a telephone, I guess that's something. And the rude people working there don't help :/

Very OUTDATED on everything! They make you drive over to them for any and everything. There is no online pay options! You can't even setup auto draft without going in. I just confirmed with my bank that my online payments went out successfully as they always do to the exact same account, exact same PO BOX and they are calling me telling me that I have until 8 am tomorrow to drive out to the country to pay my bill. All of my bills are paid on my online banking account, ON-TIME! Then she got aggravated when I said well, when you find my payment just shred it. She said we can call you to come pick it up! Once AGAIN, nobody wants to drive out to the country to do all that, Get online pay or take cards over the phone people. It's almost 2022!
