Fuego / Attic Salt

Bought three items (all overpriced) and the person checking me out did not put one of my items in the bag. I didn't discover this until I got home and I don't get to this mall often so I tried to call to resolve. The phone number for the store on the receipt is not a working number so called the main corporate line. Their customer service was nice enough. They asked me to email them a receipt so they can reach out to the store and see how they want to handle because they cannot help without the store's approval. Meanwhile, 3 days later, I still haven't heard back from anyone. Poor service! Won't be back.

Phenomenal shopping experience! Katie helped me locate the hat I saw in a window, secured it for me in another location in the mall, provided the rep at another store my info, completed my purchase, and when I went to get my hat it was already for me just like they knew I was coming. ;-) Thanks Katie! I'll be back.

I went into Attic Salt with my 4 and 6 year old granddaughters because we saw cute decorative animal pillows in the store window. As soon as we entered, I noticed socks with FU_ _ KS written on them. I brought all of the socks to the store employee and asked her to dispose of these F socks. She replied that this is an adult novelty store and not for children. I stated that this store should not be in Lakeside Mall.

I went to this store yesterday and the store itself has a lot of great items. It's a novelty store with plenty to offer. The store and it's contents - GREAT! Super fun, very entertaining, and great for gifts. I am stewing though because I found a dress that I liked and had a baffling experience with the employee there. The dress was hung high, so I had to ask for assistance to get it down. The employee was kind enough to get the first size down for me - I tried it on (over my clothes because no dressing room - no biggie) and the dress was too big on me, even over my clothing. I asked to try a medium and SHE REFUSED to get me another size. It was so embarrassing. She insisted I go with the large and told me to dress it up with a belt, gave me some "pointers" on how to take the dress in, etc. and then told me she had gone to fashion school. Good... I try not to argue and it was already embarrassing and we left soon after. I bought the dress and when I got home tried it on again and when I realized just how huge it is on me, and fully processed what happened I thought at the very least I should leave a review or reach out to the store. I would definitely return to this store and try again because up until this interaction I think the experience was fine. But this was shocking, and clearly almost a day later I'm stewing. I have an item in a size I don't want because I was shamed into taking the size. That isn't okay.
