extremely bad vibes in there now , not sure if new owner or what, but each new employee is on a power trip including the manager whom I witnessed talk to this old poor lady like she was NOTHING . I felt so bad. Karma is real .

Worst customer service ever. Woman was extremely rude and literally no help whatsoever. Mind you I called 7 other pawn shops besides this one in search for a specific item and didn't have any problems except for this one. If you aren't interested in helping a potential paying customer find a new job!!

Dont go here to sell your gold bars even as a pawn to get a cap deal...and the manager says to you this is how we keep the lights on...smh

As a customer, I found this place to be well kept and clean,however the clerk is a very arrogant and condescending person. Definitely would NOT recommend
