EAGAN really helped me through a tough time. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and truly wanted the best for my mother. My mother loved her caregiver. They definitely make a hard time way easier. Im thankful for them and all their hard work.

Terrible merry go round of ineffective staff, without consistent days, times, or compassion for patient. I don't plan to use them again.

I am frustrated with your appointment services and amount of effort it required me to get in contact with your office. Something has to change with your intake/appointment service professionals. If I experience this type of incompetent service again then I will take my business elsewhere. I called Eagan's call center at 11 am, 3 times in which I was transferred to Wound care phone line. They did not answer my call. I left my name and number on my 3rd call. I did not get a call back. I then called again but the man at the call center said he would try to get in touch with them for me. I was not called back. I then called again and this time there was a recording that said that the office was closed and only open at certain hours. If I experience this type of incompetent service again then I will take my business elsewhere.
