    I have been with Allstate since 1990, when I lived in Mississippi, and I moved to La, in 2008, and Miss Katie, has always been here for me if I have any questions or concerns, I would never leave Allstate, has good friendly and very knowledgeable staff, Thank you all for being so loyal to me and we will always have in the future my loyalty to Allstate, it's nice to be in a great neighborhood that's is so kind to our needs, Thank you again Miss Dawn Kruse.

    My Aunt is 76. My sister and I have power of attorney. My Aunt called and spoke with Katie regarding a possible homeowners claim. My Aunt was very confused by their conversation and asked me to call. Let me just start out by saying I am 52 and have owned a home for 30 years. I have also been in customer service for 25+ years. My Aunt was in the process of moving out when we noticed that she had water in her kitchen.. we mopped it up and then we noticed her hardwood floors when they dried, were damaged. I did not realize that the water had gone under the linoleum in the kitchen and had gotten under her floors in her den. I asked Katie to explain to me why the floors were not covered she was EXTREMELY RUDE and very stern and sarcastic! She told me that she could put a claim through but it would be denied and my Aunt would lose her no claim discount. Which is less than 50.00. But she could put it through if we wanted but it would be denied. Grant it that we did not call immediately when we noticed it. We were in the process of moving my Aunt and she got sick and was put in the hospital 2 times....1 time right when we noticed the floors. She cut me off by saying in her rude tone of voice (speaking over me) that "IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL IMMEDIATELY WHEN IT WAS NOTICED)". OK I get that. That was our fault but honestly I was more concerned about my Aunt in the hospital having strokes. The reason she gave for it going to be denied was that my Aunt was not living there....well she was...we were in the process of moving her.I understand how insurance works. I am not an idiot. Like she tried to make me feel. It comes down to this. She is extremely rude and If my Agent spoke to me this way she would be FIRED! I do not know this woman . She is a horrible representative for Allstate! If she spoke to me this way I can only imagine how she spoke to my elderly Aunt! I would NOT RECOMMEND ALLSTATE OR DEFINITELY NOT KATIE HYMEL TO ANYONE!
