Claims adjuster Michael Baldassaro of Jull & Co spoke with my husband earlier this week regarding coming by to take pictures inside and outside our home for insurance purposes. My husband sent him a text that read he can come today after six pm and that he would let him know if he would be home before six pm so he could come earlier. Michael Baldassaro arrived to my home before six without calling or texting although he had been instructed to come after 6. I informed Michael Baldassaro that my husband is in route and that he was informed to come after 6. Michael Baldassaro said my husband told him to come at 6 with a frustrated look on his face. Michael Baldasarro implied that what my husband is telling me over the phone simultaneously isn't true. He waited outside for my husband to arrive. When my husband got home and questioned him about the timing issues Michael Baldassaro diverted to this issue being the insurance companies fault because they didn't send out a letters to clients. Michael Baldassaro is unprofessional with lack of integrity for the company he works for!!!
