I posted a review about this company on February 17, 2023. I spoke too Shelly about my issued and then was directed to the manager Tyacl. They had me thinking that I was going too trade in the shoes I have for a pair I like, but NO. No called back the manager been on vacation since February 27th. LOL Today date is March 12, 2023.I hope you see this post like to saw the first one and know how horrible you and your staff are. For the person who started all this mess Nanette hope you feel good about yourself. I will be complaining with my insurance company.

Had to be fitted for diabetic shoes. All my options was NOT offer to me. The shoes I wanted I couldnt exchanged for, so I am stuck with these ugly things. I was told to go somewhere else and I recommend dont go here.

Horrible customer service. Unexpected from an Ochsner facility, but everything including customer service and billing seems to be outside of the medical side of Ochsner. You will get billed for non-functional equipment and then have to come out of pocket for a replacement since Ochsner burned your insurance allocation on junk. Expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes and get disconnected when you call customer service or billing. Avoid this place. All of the stuff is much cheaper online and Ochsner will claim things are covered by insurance and then a bill will show up. Go elsewhere.
UPDATE: They give a generic response to contact them. I finally ended up getting in toouch with billing and the woman hung up on me. NEVER GO HERE

Yelp is a dishonest company that writes bad reviews for people who won't pay their expensive adverting fees. Its blackmail. Disregard any and all reviews, both good and bad, from Yelp.
