    I really need to give two reviews, however you are unable to- This is my first review for the flowers- the Flowers were gorgeous- we loved them, absolutely beautiful, however the color was wrong. The colors were three shades of purple and gold. Sue emailed me a picture of the bridesmaids bouquets and they were the correct color- purple, gold and white- as agreed upon in our contract. When we showed up for the preview, they were purple, pink, gold and white. We did not complain at all, too late and they were going to look beautiful anyway, and they did. A few bumps in the road getting here- charges on my credit card when I did not authorize them- I asked a question about a cake topper- I already paid for it- we fixed the issue worked it out, used it for extra flowers. Overall the flowers were gorgeous, the bouquets, beautiful, boutonnieres amazing, the candle package was to die for. They really did an amazing job. The cake- WOW it looked great. I have to say other than the pink color this was my vision and we are 100% happy... however- Sue is not easy to work with at all.. we used her as day of wedding planner- that is my next review... We recently utilized the services of Beth's Florist for our wedding day, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. While Jess and Nicole provided exceptional service and deserve 5 stars, the overall rating reflects our encounter with Sue, who left much to be desired. Sue's demeanor throughout the event was unpleasant, to say the least. From her inappropriate attire for a wedding to her rude and crass behavior, she exhibited a lack of professionalism and decorum. Instead of offering constructive guidance, she resorted to barking orders in a disrespectful manner. Moreover, Sue's tardiness to the rehearsal, coupled with her unapologetic attitude, disrupted our schedule and added unnecessary stress. Her condescending tone towards my husband and others further soured the experience. Sue literally walked across the wedding ceremony itself, demonstrating a lack of regard for the solemnity of the occasion. Sue consistently indicated that this is how we do things in New Orleans. Furthermore, Sue's management of multiple weddings on the same day clearly stretched her thin, resulting in rushed and subpar service. Her unprofessional behavior extended to interactions with other vendors and guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. While we acknowledge the quality of Sue's floral arrangements, we cannot recommend her as a wedding planner due to her mean-spirited and condescending demeanor. Unless you appreciate such behavior, we advise seeking alternative options for wedding planning services. I also would like to note- she had my original post removed from the Knot then disputed my second post. Please see the pictures- the flowers are beautiful, but they are not what we agreed to. Sue will also try to have your reviews removed on every platform that she can. That is because she does not want anyone to know how truly awful that she is. She even went as far as to say that I did not contract with her on the Knot- wedding platform- I have all of my emails, credit card receipts and contracts to prove it. This is absolute bullying behavior.

    Decent bouquet, dissapointing experience. Called in on Wednesday April 5 speaking with Sue to see about having a bouquet ready for Saturday April 8 for an anniversary. Was told that could be done and to place the order online. When I called in that Satuday afternoon because I had not heard anything I spoke with Sue and was told the place they get their flowers from was closed, but someone would call back and let me know. Never heard anything back that day or the following Monday or rest of the business week. Therefore I sent in an email checking on my order on Friday April 14, but never got a response for the email sent. Then I called in Tuesday April 18 speaking with Michael to check in on my order I was told the order had been sitting there and was given the impression the order had been ready the whole time. I told Michael I called in the day it was supposed to be ready and let him know what I was told. I also said how I had been checking the order status online and it was still saying processing and he said that meant it was ready. I would think that when I called in orignally I would have been told the order was ready or I would see an email or call letting me know, but the order just said processing and when I previously reached out was told they would call back. After calling in I was able to pick up the next day April 19. A few recommendations, if possible change order status from "processing status" to "ready" on your site where customers can check their order. Additionally an email, text, or call to notify the order is ready for pickup. Also would be cool if on the site you could select a date for when you want to pick up the bouquet. One last thing I think would be great, better description on the different options. It would be perfect if each bouquet listed how many flowers come with it and then also how many flowers come with the regular, deluxe, and premium options. The only thing viewable when choosing the different options is the price difference which is 65.99, 80.99, 91.99 respectively. I ordered the deluxe option that came with 16 tulips for 88.44. The bouquet was decent although I did make a special request for certain color tulips (red, pink, purple, and white) that was not met and hoped they would let me know if it couldn't be met where I could decide the colors based on what was available. It was disappointing experience as far as customer service and order process. I don't know what happened but definitely disappointing especially when I reached out multiple times. I hope the folks at Beth's flowers know I dont post this with any malicious intent. This is just an honest review of my experience.
