I asked service man for an HDMI cable. He pointed me to the right section then went back to watching the TV. I had to ask him again for help. He went behind the counter but did not join me at the display. After a few questions he said he did not have cables to suit my purposes. I shouldn't had to have asked so bluntly for assistance. There were no other customers in the store. This was about 12:30 in the afternoon on Wed May 20, 2013.

I wish I could give Zero star to this Radioshack store at Lakeside Mall. The radioshack store person was so lazy and such a liar. I had few $10 off coupon, the fellow refuse to use them in-store. I asked if he has more alarm clocks, then again he lied and said these are the only ones we have. When I went more inside the store I saw more alarm clocks with better price were placed at lower hidden shelf, so that no one can see them. Also made shopping experience so bad, as he was staring at my son all the time. My husband held my 15 month old son in arms and asked me to leave the store. Finally we gave up. Liar and lazy store fellow said these coupon do not work. I went to different Radioshack and they WORKED in-store. Such a liar this store person was, I have never seen in my life. BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP FROM RADIOSHACK AT LAKESIDE MALL. They lie and hide all deals. Stare at you!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!!
