I asked for a diagnostic for a computer I built for my brother. It worked fine after I built it but when my brother got home it wouldn't boot. They were just supposed to diagnose it and let me know what was wrong which cost 30 bucks. Instead they "fixed" it without calling me and letting me know the price. The problem was a usb wire that hooked to the motherboard from the case had a short. They charged me $120 to unplug something.

I called and Scott was very nice from the start. I brought my laptop in and he was very helpful. I wasnt able to get my laptop serviced bc of old age and brand but he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend and will be back for future repairs.

Tell me how often ya'll take 40$ diagnostic for no-power PS5's and deem it as a motherboard issue without even opening the device? Just repaired a device for someone who brought a PS5 to your shop and you deemed it a motherboard issue, but it was just a bad PSU... lol. Ya'll didn't even remove the warranty sticker over the inner frame screw, so you never even opened the device fully to actually be able to test the mobo... Let alone the power supply. lol

Excellent customer service. Repaired my gaming computer after someone damaged it. Scott was great!
