Then, there was no Pancho's Restaurant. It was a dark time but not too dark as was aforementioned, their food really sucked before they closed.
Somehow, Pancho's Restaurant reopened and the quality of the food has been miraculously restored to its original Tex-Mex glory.
My only complaint? The sopapillas! Argh! They're using some sort of corn-flour recipe which stands against the very essence of what sopapillas are supposed to be: light and fluffy! If it hadn't been for the bad sopapillas, I would have given this place five stars. But you can't win them all...
