Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and they were all concerned with me and my familys needs. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone.

They sure put my mind at ease when my dad passed away. He had a small savings and no life insurance. They made it easy for me to afford exactly what my dad wanted. Thank you for helping me through this difficult time.

The staff at Lafond-Ardoin are more than phenomenal, especially Ms. Retanna Mire. Our family was devastated with the sudden and unexpected passing of our mother. None of us had ever be responsible for planning a funeral. Ms. Retanna was so very kind and caring throughout the whole process. She made sure everything was perfect and attended to every detail (even ones we didn't know existed). Although it was such a heartbreaking situation, we found comfort in knowing our mom was taken care of. We will forever be grateful to Lafond-Ardoin and Ms. Retanna Mire.

April 17,2020 is the day my mom passed away. Lafond-Ardoin went over and beyond their already helpful, friendly service to assist me. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we were unable to actually go to the funeral home to set up the arrangements. Mrs. Retanna emailed everything to me and stayed on the phone with me to assist me in the very dire time of need. She was extremely patient, kind and compassionate with me, offering choices that I did not know about. She helped me for almost 3 hours over the phone; never once did she make me feel rushed or hurried. Mrs.Hailey and Mrs.Retanna called and requested additional pictures to ensure my moms hair and makeup we as close to her normal look as possible. While I did not get to meet Mrs.Elizabeth, she has since called and texted at different times just to check on me and our family. I did not get to see Ray, but I have dealt with him on other loses. He has always tried to help my family and I am extremely pleased that he has surrounded himself with such an amazing work family who truly took care of us they way in which I know he would!
