        I placed order an order via Jimmy Johns app on 3/24/2024 at 8:09pm but the store was locked at 8:20pm and the staff inside was cleaning the kitchen. This location is listed as closing at 9pm. This order was charged to my MasterCard. This unfilled order also removed my free sandwich reward in my account. I wasted time and money driving to this location.
