Brooks Quality Painting and Coatings Specialist

Brooks Quality Painting just completed a 5 week job. They painted the entire interior of my home, including all ceilings, walls, doors, trim, closets and pantry. They also did sheet rock repair and painted our bathroom cabinets. They did an amazing job, worked clean, were respectful, always showed up and on time. David's crew thoroughly cleaned and whitewashed my fireplace hearth and refinished a cypress mantel, giving it a fresh new look. His crew also pressure washed my soffit, facia and shutters after removing my gutters. Then the painting began. The shutters and door alcove have a fresh new look, so much so that my daughter almost didn't recognize my home after it was completed. Read any of the many five star reviews and you will have an accurate account of his work. I am definitely interested in his popcorn removal technique for my next project.

Brooks Quality Painting absolutely deserves a five star rating. David, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a very detailed proposal of the work project. He itemized all paint surfaces to be painted and cost of any repairs to be done. For interior painting, he itemized the work to be done and the cost for each room. His employees are well trained and did a wonderful job. I like the company's quality control. David personally came to our home and did a complete walk thru to inspect all the completed projects which I think is very important. I've used Brooks Quality for some time now on many of my rental units. I always have regular repair needs as tenants come and go. Brooks has never disappointed! I've been through many other companies and independent contractors but time and time again they've all disappointed in some way or another. I'm sticking with Brooks Quality! They are on my speed dial! They aren't the cheapest but as they say you get what you pay for. Brooks Quality Painting is top of the line for painting! David is very knowledgeable and professional. His proposal was very detailed, breaking down each room with a price, rather than just a total for the whole job. We lived out of the state at the time but I felt very confident that the job was being done meticulously with the communication and photos of the progress that I received from David. They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend using them!
