        If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would have selected! I decided to return to Weight Watchers, as I am a Life Time member, this morning, Saturday January 9, 2021. I was treated like I was a bother for having shown up. Told that I should have done everything online, gave me a login number to use which after calling WW’s 800 number to let them know of the poor customer service I received, I found out that I was given a useless number. Michelle, the Leader, refused to tell me anything about the new program, told me to look up info online! To think I drove from Ponchatoula to Mandeville to be treated like I had done something completely wrong & it was made very obvious that I annoyed them just by being there. Think I’ll just use the FREE MyFitnessPal app. If everything is on-line, may as well use something much more user friendly!
