absolutely LOVE this doctor and all of his nurses and staff. my mother is a patient of Dr. Brown’s and of all the doctors we’ve been to with her over the last 20+ years, Dr. Brown is hands down the most down to earth, understanding, respectful, friendly and helpful doctor she has seen. he genuinely cares about her health and goes the extra mile to make sure she’s okay. i LOVE Dr. Brown and Dayna!!!

This place is horrible. My son had to cancel an appt. so instead of leaving a voicemail and hoping for the best, he waited until they opened - which was still 1 hour before his appt. time - to make sure he spoke with someone. Now before being seen by them again, they said he has to pay them $125 fee for canceling. But, had he left a VOICEMAIL with the answering service, he wouldn't have been charged this fee. He thought he was doing right by speaking with someone but it turns out that was wrong! These people don't care - they just rush you in and out as fast as possible to get your money and then try to extort more money even when they perform no service! When he asked to speak with the doctor, they told him, "The doctor won't call you on this - he's too busy." Just WOW! Wish I could give them zero stars. My son has now found another doctor so Dr. Brown, Desiree Norman, and staff can shove their fee!
