I paid $88.31 for 3 pair of medical compression socks for my husband which were unavailable in this store and then discovered four days later were also not available from his 'warehouse' due to backorder issued. I needed these socks right away and was told I would be refunded the money I'd already paid for these medical supplies. When the man from Choice Home Medical emailed my REFUND RECEIPT, he had kept/ charged me $22.08 for simply cancelling the items which he could not provide! Very questionable business practice to try to keep over 1/4 of a customer's money when he could not provide the items that had already been paid for, and which were needed at the time. I had to contact my credit card company which issued me a full refund. Big hassle to deal with his person. Not recommended.

Excellent products and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend.
