Came out to the house to assess the work I needed repaired. Owner seemed very concerned and offered ideas on how he could help. Told me he would send someone out within two weeks to write an estimate. A month later I had to contact them and the lady who answered told me someone would be in touch with me. Another month later and still no phone call or response. I left a voicemail basically stating that Ive been waiting for someone to contact me to estimate the job. No return phone call. A simple apology for wasting my time and we do not want the job would have been more professional.
