Review of MBA Automotive While the services I had done at business were decent, management is a whole different story! Had engine work done to the tune of a couple of thousand bucks and bought two new tires for the front of my vehicle. One of my new tires is leaking air and upon going in this morning to ask them to check it Im told they cant look at it until next Tuesday. Yes they had 55 cars in their parking lot, as of the manager rudely asked if I saw? ive been in retail for over 40 years, including management and you dont speak to a consumer in that manner. Not sure how they maintain business with this kind of attitude at the head of their operation. Was also denied in the owners name and contact information. If rudeness is your thing, definitely do business here.

Stop in today 9/9/22 at 1:45 and they was closing the shop. I asked what time they closed Monday-Thursday and I was told 4:30. There web sight has them closing at 5pm M-F. I told the guy I really want to bring my truck here but the only time I could get there in time was on Friday. His answer was sorry its Friday we close early, my reply was I guess I need to bring my truck to another shop. His reply was ok. Thats extremely poor customer service and because of that I would not recommend MBA automotive.

My radiator was leaking so I used blue devil to seal it, that was a big mistake because the blue devil ended up clogging my whole cooling system which then caused my car to over heat. I took it to the pros at mba motors to get it fixed and when I say this is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to I mean it, they stayed in touch with me everyday letting me know what was being done to my car, they gave me deals on parts saving me money. This is the first time I have ever been worry and stress free dealing with an auto shop take your vehicle here and you will see what I am talking about. thank you amber and staff. Services: Tires, Battery, Brakes, Engine repair, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance
