The service I received from this company was impeccable. I called after hours because my A/C wasn’t working properly and there was no one available in my area to make it out to me, which was totally understandable at that hour. I was given some local suggestions that may have been able to help at that time of night. When I called the next morning and said that I still had no cool air, a technician was sent out to me within hours. The problem was resolved and my house was cool again! I can’t say enough about the stellar customer service I received from Dusty’s Expert Air! I would give 10 stars if that was an option! Service: HVAC repair

Dusty Services provided honest AC repair. Tenants were requesting more cool air in their rooms, another contractor said we would have to replace the duct work in the attic. Dusty himself went out there and said the ducts we had were fine and would provide better air flow than the flex ducts. He saved us a lot of money. He also gave us recommendations. While his backlog was a few weeks, he kept our appointment and called before he came out. If we had an emergency he would have come out sooner. Easy to work with. I will be calling him in the future for my AC needs.
