Did not follow directions given. Removed trees that were not supposed to be. Gave specific instructions on where to remove trees and were not followed. Will not correct the issue. Owner was very rude. Would not listen to instructions given and became very voicetress. Also, just has a super bad attitude when shown were the mistake was made. I would finish the attitude of that of a person that is above all others. Will certainly not give anyone this business's name for valuable work. This has really been a sad experience in my life. Services: Stump removal, Tree removal

I was quite disappointed in their service because I know there was a storm going on but I've waited for 3 months now for them to come and do the service that they promised and they just haven't it's been excuse after excuse after excuse and they just put me on a waiting list just to be on a waiting list so they could have people that they could do business with in the future it's sad but that's the reality of it so even though they're a decent company they failed in this aspect

Ziegler is the absolute best. They were completely 100% lifesavers after Hurricane Ida. They prioritized homes that were in danger of further damage. Homes like my boyfriend's house that had a tree on top of it. Ziegler's fast-acting removal got him back into his house quicker and made it possible to get the blue tarp on before more rain came. I can't say how grateful I am to them, it's just overwhelming. After the worst past they came back with affordable prices and removed an additional tree that was still threatening nearby houses. What a great company, what a great team! Scooter you're the best! Service: Tree removal
