Poche Medical Clinic

So since i was a child i have gone to the old poche medical clinic . It has been awhile since i have been just due to not really getting sick etc. Well they have sinced moved to a newer building and i decide to schedule an appt. I call as soon as they open at 8am i get immediately put on hold then 5 mins later get asked name and date of birth and put on hold get another female to aske same question put on hold again then finally she says mr Brown we dont have a file on you so you're considered a new patient and we arent taking new patients right now. Im like wait a minute so if you had a file on me still oh come on in but because i no longer have a file at the new location im not able to be seen?! As a lifelong resident of st. James parish I am very disappointed at the service i recieved . the slogan is big enough to something but small enough to care . complete you know what! So now i will have to take my business elsewhere probably ascension parish just like i do when i go shopping. Its a literal shame to be turned away because im not on file anymore .
