        The best AC company in town!!! I've been using them for years and they're always promt and fix my issues. There are two Emmersons ac companies in this area, but this one is Emmersons American Air Incorporated.

        Does great work. Shows up when he says. Prices are reasonable. Mr Emerson and his employees are extremely nice. Also there's a fake Emerson's in this area. Make sure you call Emerson's American Air Inc. Emerson's REAL employees wear t shirts with the company name on them.

        If could I would give them no star at all. This company (sucks) was scheduled through AHS to fix my heating system, they were supposed to come out on Tuesday the 16th of January 2024, between 10-11 AM. I called them to confirm my appointment 3 times and NEVER got an answer all ways the answering machine. Well to this very moment they NEVER CALLED, DID NOT COME OUT TO FIX MY HEATER, and the company that sent them to me cant get in touch with them. So I Definitely dont have Any thing good to say about EMERSONS AMERICAN AIR.

        If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very poor service. 104 degree weather and its been weeks and they are a no show for AC repair. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone within the company. Definitely reporting them to the better business bureau
