Our house sustained water damage from the second hurricane to hit Lake Charles just a matter of weeks apart.  I called 911 Restoration and was surprised at how fast my call was returned by Richard S.  We set up an appointment the following day where he showed up on time and prepared with all the equipment necessary to give a complete assessment of the damage to the house.  Everyone in his demo crew was professional, courteous and treated our house and belongings with respect - a very important thing in such stressful times.  Richard checked in daily and was quick to respond to any questions I had.  Most importantly, Richard dealt directly with our insurance company and provided them with a detailed damage report to their satisfaction.  After the job was complete, our house and yard was left clean, orderly and ready for the contractor to start his job! 911 Restoration's professionalism, industry knowledge and experience in dealing with insurance companies made a very stressful time a little easier to handle.Great job!  I hope I don't NEED to ever use a service like this again, but if I do, I will definitely call 911 Restoration to the rescue!
