Oasis at Southpark

The Oasis has proven to be just that, an oasis. It is absolutely beautiful and beyond peaceful here. If the scenery & LOADS of amenities weren't enough, the Leasing Agents are simply perfection! The response time, impeccable! Friendly, professional, patient, and although we felt we were barging in by inquiring on a Saturday, Jacob sprung into action, and was on it! Didn't skip a beat! He made us feel welcomed and as though were already apart of their community! Jacob is an entire vibe and if you're still trying to decide where you want to call home, go by and let Jacob welcome you home at The Oasis!

Im a new resident at Oasis and I must say its absolutely amazing! The apartment is wonderful and the neighborhood is so quiet, the office staff are super friendly and always willing to help! They made my transition go so smoothly and answered all my questions and even helped me with my application. The second floor apartments with vaulted ceilings are everything and absolutely beautiful!!!! Thank u Oasis for allowing me to become part of the community I love it here!!!!!

I can say without a doubt that the customer service there is amazing. There is one in person in particular that went above and beyond helping us out, Jacob. He has such a fun and great personality that we connected with as soon as we met. He definitely makes you feel like its all about you and he tries to meet and exceed your needs. We are so excited to make this move and be a part of oasis! Thanks again to Jacob, you are awesome.

I have lived here for over 3 years with my children. The amount of space inside is amazing. I feel like Im in a house and not an apartment. So many amenities to use. Very friendly people.

Absolutely loved living here! The staff is extremely nice and supportive. They make sure that everything is up to standard. The apartments are beautiful and really have a luxury feel. The rooms are all a great size. The amenities are to die for! A resort style pool, a beautiful gym and the clubhouse is so big and spacious, I called it my extended living room lol. The little park on the side is great for the kiddos and the dog park in the back is a great space for the pups! This place has it all! Sometimes I didnt even feel like I was in Lake Charles! The residents that Ive met are great too, and everyone seems to do their best to make this a great place to live for everyone.
