It took them 5 days to come to tarp - and we had already tarped most of the roof. Then charged $1600 for that. 57 days later, they finally came and did the roof. That went well. 4 months later we received the bill and it is double the standard roof price because it was a storm. the roof is nice, but the price is ridiculous. My house is 2400 SQ ft under roof and no high pitch. Not a $20K roof. Maybe under normal circumstances they're reasonable, but not after a storm. Will never recommend them. Friendly and professional. Once the insurance issue was settled, the roof was quickly and professionally installed with quality shingles and the property was cleaned promptly. After some wind driven rain, 1 small leak around a vent pipe was found, but it was quickly repaired and inside stain is being repaired at no cost to us. After hearing horror stories from other hurricane IDA victims with either insurance or bad contractors, we feel fortunate that we picked Roofing guys.
