They have a rental property in Broussard and it looks horrible for someone who rents property out or has a manager on site their not doing their jobs.... This place looks run down grass is overgrown horrible conditions... It's right off the hwy and looks horrible.. Fire hazard to have all kinds of stuff around walk areas and doors but people still have it.. Abandon cars just sitting there like it's a junk yard... The rent people have to pay here is not worth the surrounding they have to live in... FIRE MARSHAL SHOULD COME OUT AND INSPECT,Maybe the manager that just sits on the steps and smokes all day will clean it up instead of getting paid doing nothing ,or maybe property manager doesn't even care just there to collect rent money😡
