Oh wow these reviews are brutal. I am a professional groomer in Texas and visit family often in Louisiana. I was simply curious about the market. After reading the numerous 1 star reviews, dating as far as 8 years ago. I was shocked to see they are still in business. The way their behavior is with these truly helpless animals is not only criminally wrong. It goes against the basic principles. They sound morally bankrupt. I don't know what the laws/punishment is for animal abuse is in Louisiana. I can tell you that if anyone tried this type of behavior in Austin they would be tarred, feathered and stoned.

Great service and price! I called for an appointment Friday afternoon and had one for Monday morning! They were extremely nice and my dogs seemed to even like them so I was not nervous to leave them. I even expressed my concerns with a previous grooming place I had been and they told me that none of that would happen here. I will definitely be returning here from now on.

I've been taking my mini Schnauzer there for years. Very nice people and always do an excellent job.
