I recently purchased my senior ring from here and their selection was amazing! Customer service was great and they provided lots of guidance and patience. Additionally they offer very reasonable pricing and great deals. I much rather purchase my jewelry through a local place like this one rather than big name brand jewelry companies. On Nov.20 2022 I took in two ladies wrist watches to have batteries replaced. The large woman that took them to the back of the work room, took so very long and finally came to the front of the saying she was having a difficult time, so she finished changing the second battery up front. I paid $32.54 which I complained was so much higher. I took the two watches home to find a few days later both had stopped running. I tried resetting both and only one I could get running. The second one I could not pull out the stem which was stuck. I finally got the stem out, but the little knob came off. Will never return there ever again.
