This is the second time at this facility, spending a month each time. Each and every one of the staff are phenomenal!! They exude the highest standards of customer service and have compassion for all of their patients. I really dont want to leave.
If I could give 10 stars, I would.

THIS IS A NICE PLACE TO WORK I HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST A YEAR I ENJOY THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH CAN IT BE BETTER YES BUT THAT'S WITH ANY WORK PLACE THEY ALL CAN BE BETTER TOO THIER EMPLOYEES BUT BUSINESSES ARE GREEDY SO HERE WE TRY OUR BEST TO SHOW OUR EMPLOYEES THAT WE CARE I TRULY HOPE THEY KNOW THIS I TRY TO EXPRESS THIS OFTEN THANK YOU TINIKA MONTGOMERY

Miss Dwana did an excellent job on my wounds and still is. Therapy is actually helping me walk again and it's coming along fine with Miss Karen.

Need to fix things and update to a modern place. Also get Dr's that speak fluent English!!! Also get a cook that knows different diet requirements. And knows how to cook and serve hot meals!! Never going back there, for sure!!!!!

Recently had a love one transferred from the hospital to Sage. Once they were at Sage the Doctor cancelled all their pain meds without even speaking to them. They were in tears all night complaining of the pain, the nurses would not address the pain. It wasn't until the next day once we were able to get the hospital involved and started calling non stop did they place them back on the medicine regiment that they were on at the hospital. In addition to the pain issue, the hospital DOES NOT have adequate HVAC. The rooms temperature is well above 78 degrees. Apparently, this is an on going issue with this facility as the mechanical system is dated and they will not pay to fix it issue. I would HIGHLY recommend finding a different facility. Do not let them tell you it is newly renovated as all they did was apply paint.
