Kevin did an inspection for me before I bought a house in Opelousas. The report said dryer vent needs cleaning and some areas of crawl space weren’t accessible. There was no dryer vent. It dumped right into the crawl space. There is wood damage in this area. The electrician that wired the house had no problem getting to the entire crawl space. I had no problem getting under there. I contacted Kevin and told him the issue. He said he has had computer problems and can’t access the report . I immediately forwarded the entire inspection report to both of his emails. He will not respond to me. I will be filing a complaint.

Kevin was able to come out to the house we plan to buy on a short notice. He was extremely thorough as he went through the house. When I say top to bottom, he really went from the top of the roof, to the ground under our home. He inspected every little nook and cranny and gave us on the spot feed back as well as a over all feed back at the end. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector.

Horrible!!!! Mortgage company sent someone and I told guy get off my property he can do whatever from street. He refused. I had to call cops.
