Something was price too high

My wife and I ordered a living room set at the store. We were told that it would be delivered within 2-4 weeks. 2 months had passed and we still had not received our furniture. I called every week to check on the status of our furniture being in and their response was it will be in Monday. I finally received a phone call stating that only some of our living room set had arrived and that we would not be able to get one piece. They offered us a partial or full refund. By this time, my wife and I were ready for all of this to be over with so we decided to just take all what had been delivered. I wish I could say this was the last of any issues, but it was not. We scheduled delivery for Saturday morning at 10 AM. 11 AM rolled around and still no delivery. I contacted the store and they said that our furniture would be here shortly. When the delivery driver finally made it to our house, I was in disbelief. They managed to load all of our furniture in the back of a S-10 pickup. Nothing was wrapped and the straps had eaten into the furniture. To really put the cherry on top, none of the pieces were what we had ordered and they only sent 1 delivery man. I contacted the ownner to see about having my money refunded and he responded to me in a very negative manner. I asked him what I needed to do to get my money back and all he could say was put the delivery driver on the phone. I believe in doing business locally. But when I experience the type of service that I have, I can fully understand why this store is going out of business. *****Warning to all STAY AWAY******
