There are a bunch of inconsistencies in quality, One day the food is amazing and the next day it's bland. All things considered, there is still no local Chinese we would rather have, and still order weekly!

Just placed an order with Dynasty thru Menufy. An item is missing from my order, I called Dynasty and the female I spoke with initially told me that they couldnt do anything about it because it was placed thru a third party, after some push she says oh youre gonna come pick it up? Well I decided that I wouldnt pick up the item, since I no longer trust them to prepare the food. My complaint is that she knew she could replace the item but instead decided to blame the website they use. Wouldnt have complained but its not the first time.
