        I went in seeking advice and a tax advance loan. The agent was very unclear on the requirements or costs. The advertisement said bring in your latest paystub and ID. That's all you need to obtain the loan. After 2 hours of confusion on the agents part she informed me I did not qualify because I didn't have my W-2 ? My refund was $770 approx. They did give me the AmEx serve card and at that point I expected a loan to be coming shortly. No such luck ! 2 days later I received an email from the bank instructing me to return to the office with my W-2 and they would grant me a $200 loan. Why would I spend $200 to have my taxes prepared for a $200 loan a week later ? I feel like I was deceived just to get me to pay for tax prep. This $ was imparative and as a result my fiancee is basically trapped and homeless in China right now because it was to be used to get her home. I have used HR Block in previous years with never these problems or outright deceit. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears but your deceiving practices have real life consequences on real people . Most of which can least afford to fall prey to such scams. This ordeal has caused huge consequences and all negative. That's my story and I'm sure I'm not the only one who was foolish enough to fall for your false, empty promises and misleading advertising. I will be oersuing this matter further and hopefully gain enough support to put am end to this shameful program.

        I had a question and the girl wasn't helpful with the answer so that's why Jackson Hewitt is probably a good business I just didn't like the girl that answered my question cuz I don't think it was right I think I was right
