    Called here to order a flower arrangement for one of my employees, the older woman I spoke to couldnt be bothered with my questions on delivery times and what arrangements they had available (she stated they didnt have much in stock) so naturally I needed to know what they did have in stock. With out notice, or saying let me put someone on the phone who can answer your questions she just handed over the phone to someone else. I didnt even bother ordering from here, I took my $200 order elsewhere where I felt valued. Perception is everything!

    Called to order a flowers and balloons for my sisters birthday. After inquiring about flower types the owner suggested I review the site to choose the arrangement. I called back to place the order and the total quoted was different that the price on the site. I was told their dozens start at $90 however the site had an arrangement listed at $69.95. The arrangement I picked from their website was a Teleflora bouquet. I would say 80% of the pictures arrangements had Teleflora is their name/description. Yet I was I was basically interrogated as to what page on the site I was seeing the $69.95 arraignment. While explaining the website page I was on I hear her employee in the background saying she found the bouquet. I then ask the owner to confirm that she found it and she replied that the employee found it on Telefloras site, not her stores site. I then read her the url path to the bouquet on her stores website so she could locate it. Strangely, she then asks me how many bouquets are listed on each row. I instantly became annoyed. I pointed out that I am clearly on her site, her employee found the bouquet, she clearly feature Teleflora bouquets, yet she is acting clueless. During this exchange suddenly the bouquet disappears from the site. Completely unscrupulous and unprofessional. I then looked up the business on YELP and found several other poor reviews of their unprofessionalsm. I would not do business with this shop

As I stated several times yesterday, I am so sorry for this confusion. I did suggest you visit our website so I could get a feel for what you were looking for. I was not comfortable with a designers' choice arrangement since you had a few concerns. When you called back to place your order, we couldn't locate the item you were describing on our website. However, the lady in the background, found the bouquet on Teleflora's website, not on my website. I tried searching for the item name and the bouquet number and couldn't get it to pull up from our website. I tried to replicate how you found the bouquet. I clearly was not able to find it. What you were describing and what I was seeing did not match. Again, I apologized. I do not design my website, Teleflora does. I do not have half of Teleflora's bouquets listed on my website, so I was not familiar with that particular bouquet. Once we found the bouquet on Teleflora's website, we were able take your order. Even though you requested a change to the bouquet, we were able to replicate it. Unfortunately, I cannot keep my prices the same as Teleflora. I am sorry that you feel we are unprofessional. We try our best to figure out what the customer wants by talking to them. We can't please everyone, but we do take the time to try.
