I bought two beds from furniture mart. This occurred almost a month ago. They promised to ship the beds the same day. On arrival of the bed, I was informed that I only paid for one bed. They later call the office and told me they will send the other bed the next day.  I  was reluctant to take the bed but based on the promised to deliver the other bed the next day I decided to agree. However, they  failed to deliver the bed not once but thrice. I decided that it is either they give me my full refund and take the other bed or make up for it. The manager was rude. He told me that  I spoke like I had pillow over my mouth and later claimed it was my accent. I made him aware that he should treat customer with respect.  and he refused and basically  told me that the company policy says all sales is final.  Out of the goodness of his heart he will refund my money only in person with my card. Till today I have not received my bed and they manager insist that i have to get the refund for the other bed. My feelings is that he sold my bed and chose to do anything with the customers. It reflects in how they treat the customers in their reviews. I do not want their bed and I rather get my full money and do not deal with the company.
