This was my very first time here. I generally go between Avalon or the M Nail Bar in lake Charles since that’s where i do most of my errands. I came here today because i wanted to give my business to locals. I will explain why i gave a 3 and not a 4 or 5. When i got there i was sat immediately as they only had one customer there getting a manicure at the time. Everyone was very pleasant. My first omg moment was when i asked how much for a spa pedicure… she said $45 if i wanted shillac or $40 with reg. I never get shillac so i went to choose my regular polish however they are VERY limited on their color options. I wanted a pale orange but all they had was bright orange and then the rest pinks and reds. So i felt i had to do shillac since i didn’t want to go back to lc which is fine. After looking at shillac polish i still couldn’t find a color close to what i was looking for so i settled for a coral color. Again limited on colors. After the lady started doing pedicure i asked the other lady if they had spa options in which she said only a deluxe which is what i normally get in lc. I asked a price and she said deluxe $45 but with shillac and extra $30 on top 😳😳😳😳 i said oh ok nvm just regular pedicure pls. I feel that their prices are REALLY HIGH AND EXPENSIVE for being such a small town. At the two other salons for a shillac polish and deluxe pedicure it’s $45 total i usually only get regular polish which i pay $40. So i paid more money here to get a basic pedicure. Now with that being said the pedicure came out decent. I like it. It has a few flaws and i should complain about it with the price i paid but I’m not because you can’t tell unless you’re up close. After paying i was told there is an additional $3 charge for using a card. So even more money. Where if i would have gone to lc i would have gotten the pedicure i really wanted for a little less than the price i paid here. Overall everyone was nice, especially the gentleman that was there. If i had a question the lady would answer but then would go back to looking at her phone which is fine it was just very impersonal. I probably will only come back for emergencies or last minute things and that’s a big maybe. I will def continue to get them done in LC like i have been doing for years. Overall everyone was nice, just limited options and kinda expensive for basic stuff. Service: Pedicures
