To be honest, when I first walked in I did not think I would like it. It’s a large clinic with different stations so I sort of assumed I would be treated like another number. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Nair was able to figure out my problem - previous doctors were unable to determine what was causing my abnormalities but Dr. Nair found it with very minimal testing. I never felt like “just another patientâ€, or that I was being over tested to make money. Anytime I have needed something, I get very kind and personal service and staff call me back to verify that I received everything I needed. Highly recommend!

I couldn't give a lower rating than 1 star. Don't waste your time. I have had 4 appointments, waited over an hour on 2 appointments after the nurse said the the doctor will be in, in a couple of minutes. No emergency, no traffic accident, no nothing. I walked out. The other 2 appointments were exactly the same except I waited over 30 minutes before I walked out. The girls at the front desk just laugh at you when you ask them a question & walk out. Entire staff is very unprofessional, never on time. They need to to read Webster's Dictionary, specifically the word "Appointment" and learn how to tell time. This is disrespectful conduct towards the patient. We also have other obligations & appointments to make besides just the ones they make on paper but never show up. Staff needs training especially customer service & public relations.
