Said he put in freon, charged $160. and left. Was contacted again that evening as freezer was thawing. He did come to the house again. His response, "Gee, I'm sorry". I have lost over $1,000. worth of food, "Gee, I appreciate it" As a side note; the owner has refused to even answer my calls. Do not use this!! Service: Freezer repair

I noticed my freezer was not freezing like it used to. Richard came out and diagnosed the problem. He added freon to my freezer and now it's running great! So thankful for him being able to come out and not charging a fortune.

I have a front loader LG washing machine that was giving a PF (power failure) code. Richard was able to come out the next day. He was very thorough and was able to diagnose my problems. We actually had multiple issues happening. Thankfully he was able to find the parts so much cheaper than I expected. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. My ice maker went out on my 18-year-old freezer. Richard went out of his way to diagnose the issue and ensure that we had a working ice maker again. Through no fault of his own, it required multiple trips to my house. Because it was a difficult problem, Richard reached out to other professionals and even the company to make sure it was fixed. In fact, he still checks with me every few weeks to be sure it is still working! I will definitely be calling him again for future repair needs.
