Got a call truck was ready the day before I arrive and there's no truck so they tried to give me another truck it wouldn't start they also acted like my return location didn't exist although it's been there for over 40 years and is the main hub of the city I live in was forced to another location same trouble to return the truck was lied to and wasted alot of time I was told the call a number when I went to return it and they told me where to return it no option although I was told i would be gave a option nothing but trouble with uhaul all the way around even the return I was lied to about being emailed a recipet total disaster

The van was clean and drove wonderfully. I averaged 19.5 MPG for fuel. The staff at that location was friendly and answered all my questions. There "Best Rate Guarantee" had my total bill well under my anticipated costs. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Made online reservation for uhaul 1 week before we moved. Showed up the morning of the move to pick up the truck, and they told us that they didn't have the truck I reserved. The employees are grossly incompetent. To fix the problem, they offered us a truck at 6 pm and needed it to be returned by that night. Absolutely worst uhaul experience. Don't go here to make your move. Save time and frustration by going somewhere else.
