Poor Customer Service! Was told 4-6 weeks to get materials, and would start ASAP. At 5 weeks I called to get an update, and was told materials were there, and they were waiting to get me on install schedule when weather conditions were right for no rain or humidity. At 8 weeks I get an email stating the color I wanted was backordered, this after being told at week 5 they had the materials! Needless to say I canceled rather than wait another 8 weeks without a courtesy update, or truthful information. Now ai wait to see if I'll get refunded my $2200 deposit. Find someone else to do your flooring, this company has poor communication, and customer service. I get delays that may be outside ones control, but have a problem with poor communication, and lies!
