Started out persobable,nice,and accommodating,turns out that was probably take. The hourly rate is $120. Ok ,understandable. Had to get a new pump for outflow and they ended up buying a pump double what it was worth. A 60-70 dollar pump and they ended spending $128. What sense does that make? I feel like I was ripped off. AC worked for maybe 4 or so hours then started freezing up again. I ended up calling back only to get the voicemail. I left a message. Called a few more times within the week. Never got called back YET! I then received an envoice in the mail for the job. STILL NO CALL BACK! it's nearly $400! Obviously I'm going to pay it for legal reasons. But dont call these guys. They're unreliable,overpriced HACKS!

Every time I have a problem with my air conditioner or heater Mr. Tony comes out. And checks it out and lets me know what is going on and gives me options on what can be done and always is cheaper than these other ac people. You never have to worry if he says it needs to be replaced then it does unlike others that will turn a broken fuse into a whole ac replacement
